This page states the Terms and Conditions under which you may use the website www.friendsostlukes.ie and www.bluebellgarden.ie (the “Site”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here, do not use the Site. This Site is operated from Ireland by The Friends of St Luke’s, with its registered office at St Luke’s Hospital, Highfield Road, Rathgar, Dublin 6 Ireland (“The Friends”). The Friends may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You agree to visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on you and each time you use the Site you agree to be bound by the current terms and conditions.
Information on the Site
This Site aims to promote The Friends of St Luke’s. However, the comments, opinions and views expressed in portions of this Site, do not necessarily represent the views of The Friends, the Board of directors nor its patrons.
Intellectual Property in the Site
The contents of the Site, such as articles, text, graphics, images, software and other material ("Content"), is protected by copyright under both Irish and foreign laws. You may not sell or modify the Content or reproduce, display, communicate, make available, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose. In particular, the use of the Content on any other web site or in a networked or wireless computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. The Friends authorise you to view and download a single copy of the Content on the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions or any written permissions granted by the Friends, your permission to use the Content automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the Content.
User Information
In accessing the Site you accept that electronic mail passing over the Internet may not be free from interference by third parties. As a consequence, the Friends cannot guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of any information passing over the Internet.
You agree not to use the Site or cause or permit any Content to be used:
 So as to jeopardise or prejudice the operation, quality or integrity of the Site or the operation, quality or integrity of any telecommunications network;

Confidentiality and Privacy
The Friends do not collect unique information about users of this site. However, general operational statistics are collected, but these are limited to country of origin, new versus repeat users, most popular pages etc. Where users, submit personal details either by email or on On-line forms, this information is treated in strict confidence. It is not shared with any other party, nor used for marketing purposes.
The Friends of St Luke’s Liability
While the Friends take reasonable care in ensuring that the Site provides a useful free information resource about fundraising for St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network, the Content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. We will make every effort to correct errors brought to our attention. However, the Friends make no representations or warranties about the lawfulness, accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Content or about the results to be obtained from using the Site. The use of the Site and the Content is entirely at your own risk.
The Friends shall not be liable, and shall not otherwise be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use, for any failure to perform (or delay in performing) any of its obligations hereunder caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Friends do not warrant that the Site will operate error-free or that the Site and its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful elements. If your use of the Site results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, the Friends are not responsible for those costs.
THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Refund Policy
The Friends of St Luke’s will automatically refund transactions that are queried by a donor, because they have forgotten that they made the purchase or donation, or they do not recognise the narrative that appears on their credit card statement.
General
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
The Friends may at any time and without liability modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any Content (or any part or specification thereof), with or without notice, for any valid technical, operational or commercial reasons.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Friends with respect to the use of the Site.
