One Per Cent Difference

One Percent Difference, a new national giving campaign, has been launched to encourage the Irish public to give 1% of their time or money to charity. The new scheme hopes to increase awareness of the importance of philanthropy with a long term goal to double current levels of giving in Ireland.

What is the One Percent Difference campaign?

A national campaign to create a more sustainable form of charitable giving in Ireland based on the simple idea that it doesn’t matter who you are or what you do, just give the same – 1%.

Why should I get involved?

If everyone gives just 1% then we can more than double the amount of charitable giving in Ireland. This will help organisations like The Friends of St Luke's to provide support to patients who attend the St Luke's Radiation Oncology Network.
